Matcha Vanilla Latte

This delicious Matcha green tea Latte with vanilla flavour is perfect for colder weather to make yourself relaxed and cozy.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp good quality Matcha Powder
  • 1 stick of Natvia or 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbs hot water
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla paste
  • 1/4 cup of hot water
  • 3/4 cup of milk any kind

Instructions

  • Strain and sift matcha powder into a cup.
  • Add 1 tbs of hot water to the cup to make the matcha into a paste in order to avoid creating any lumps.
  • Add 1/4 cup water to the cup to desolve the matcha paste.
  • Add the vanilla paste and natvia to the milk and froth the milk to 60 to 70 degree celsius (or 140 f)
  • Pour the milk into the cup of matcha.
  • Sift a little matcha over the cup and serve!

Notes

I have a coffee expresso machine to make milk froth but if you don't have one, you can warm milk in a small sauce pan and them use small mixer to make the froth.
