Instructions
Hot Hojicha Latte
Sift the hojicha powder to remove any clumps into a tea bowl using a fine sieve.
Pour 2 tbsp of hot water into the tea bowl and whisk vigorously with a bamboo whisk. Set it aside.
Heat milk of your choice until it is warm and frothy.
Combine the brewed hojicha with the heated milk by pouring the milk into hojicha in a cup.
Sweeten to taste with your chosen sweetener if you like.
Iced Hojicha Latte
Sift the hojicha powder to remove any clumps into a tea bowl.
Pour 2 tbsp hot water into the tea bowl and whisk vigorously with a bamboo whisk.
Place ice cubes and cold milk into a glass then pour in the hojicha.
