Karaage chicken salad is a delicious way to use freshly made or leftover karaage chicken! This is a great dish for lunch or dinner and is easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 6 pieces karaage chicken
  • Salad leaves
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 red onion sliced

Chilli Dressing

  • 1 chilli sliced (seeds removed)
  • 1 clove of garlic crushed
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • 2 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbs sugar

Toppings

  • Crushed peanuts
  • Coriander

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix together all the chilli dressing ingredients then set aside.
  • In a large bowl or container, add the salad leaves, cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, and karaage chicken.
  • Pour the chilli dressing over the salad and top with crushed peanuts and coriander.
